Bug Submission Form

If your experiencing a problem with one of our software products, please fill out and submit the following bug report form. You may also want to check out our list of known problems.

If what you want to tell us is more of a suggestion or request for enhancement, use our suggestion form instead.

Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers in the known problems section of this page. Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

Known Problems

This section describes known problems and possible workarounds with our products that our support staff is currently working on.

Prosar-Aida

Please note that we have discovered a bug in the AscentCapture custom

module interface for all versions up to and including AscentCapture 5.5.

Under certain circumstances, this bug leads to collisions, resulting in

unhandled exceptions in the Paradatec modules.
Demos should not be critical, since there can be no collisions with only

one batch active at a time, but the full solution is to upgrade to

AscentCapture 5.51.
